This agreement defines the usage conditions of the region server connection service to connect OpenSim owned by general users to JOG.Please read the following terms of use carefully, and use the region server connection service only if you agree to them.

Allow the server managed by general users to become part of the JOG grid by using JOG's Robust server.

[Application for service use]
Note that at present, it is technically impossible to fix the position of SIM (region). Therefore, there is a possibility that another user's SIM will interrupt the position you were using.If the SIM location can be fixed in the future, there is a possibility that the application system will be applied.
If you want to connect to a money server (optional), we will issue a certificate, so please contact us individually.
[Prohibited matter]
When using the region server connection service to JOG, you must not perform any of the following or the acts that may be concerned.If you violate these, we will refuse the connection to JOG.

The act of intentionally interrupting the SIM at the position used by another user

The act of installing a SIM adjacent to a previously installed SIM without permission (obtain the owner's approval of the previously installed SIM)

In addition, nuisance to other SIM (region) owners.

The act of setting the SIM at a position other than the range specified by the operator. "Please specify a location other than the square section from (7985,7985) to (8015,8015)."

Acts that violate the site usage agreement.

Actions that violate the Grid Service Terms of Use.
[Disclaimer]
The operator is liable for any damages (whether indirect or direct) caused or related to the use of the region server connection service etc. to JOG. We do not owe. The operator will not be responsible for any trouble between SIM (region) owners. Please solve the problem between the parties.
